This month, we were delighted to welcome back Mind to host another workshop with our employees on neurodiversity and how we can each contribute to supporting one another.

We discussed how neurological differences—such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others—are simply natural variations in human cognition. Rather than viewing these as limitations, we embrace them as part of the vibrant spectrum of human diversity. Neurodiverse individuals bring unique perspectives, creativity, and problem-solving abilities that not only enrich our team but also strengthen our approach to innovation and collaboration.
