We’re excited to welcome Abdelrahman Salem to the SLPE team as our new Foundations Engineer II. Abdel brings extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, with emphasis on offshore wind foundations. With an MSc in Advanced Geotechnical Engineering (Distinction) and professional experience on major infrastructure projects like HS2 and the Lower Thames Crossing, he’s perfectly equipped to support our growing portfolio.

Abdel’s research on monopiles and soil-structure interaction aligns with our focus on delivering innovative, sustainable solutions for the offshore wind industry. His expertise in advanced geotechnical modelling tools like Plaxis 2D/3D ensures he’ll make an immediate impact.
