Ashleen Ward joins us as our new People Practice Manager. With extensive HR experience and a strong focus on resourcing, employee relations, and strategic development, Ashleen has a proven track record in helping organisations grow and thrive. Her strategic mindset and dedication to fostering a culture of support and knowledge-sharing will play a crucial role in shaping SLPE’s future as we expand our workforce.

Simran Gill and Thomas van Deursen both join us as Engineer I. Simran has a strong background in structural analysis, particularly in finite element modelling. Her analytical skills and experience of working on advanced space missions bring a fresh perspective to our engineering team.

Thomas has joined SPLE following his successful completion of a double MSc degree in Offshore Engineering and Wind Energy Technology through the European Wind Energy Master programme. Thomas completed his thesis with SLPE and brings a personal passion for wind energy technology.

This is a significant landmark for SLPE, as we now have 40 employees. Joe Hilton, Managing Director of SLPE, said: "We’re delighted to have grown to a team of 40 skilled engineers and professionals.
